The imagery in this exhibition is primarily drawn from a “Blue Book for Macau Port Planning” published in 1923. It outlined coastal development at the time for Ilha Verde, Fai Chi Kei, Patane North Bay, the Inner Harbour, Taipa and Coloane. Through historical photographs, antique objects, and navigation charts, the exhibition maps the landscape of ‘Old Macao’, aiming to bring it to life and evoke memories and emotional connections with the past.
