- Cooking demonstration by Yamazato’s Chef and handout recipe.

- 5-Course Kaiseki Set-Lunch (Appetizer, Soup, Sashimi, Simmered Dish, Yamazato’s Special Rice and Seasonal fruit).

- Japanese staff introduce step-by-step to Japanese table manners and chopstick etiquette throughout the meal.
