To please the palates of diners in Macau, Grand Hyatt Macau has introduced “The Taste of Yunnan” food promotion at Beijing Kitchen. The wide range of menu includes dishes featuring Yunnan mushrooms and other unique ingredients. Highlight dishes includes: Wok-fried Yunnan ham with king oyster mushroom, Braised Chicken with wax tree seed oil and Lijiang pancake with mushroom “Ganba”. Special teas have also been chosen for discerning diners, including Crimson glory rose, Dian Hong and Pu-erh.
