Served especially on special occasions, kaiseki ryori, is the epitome of Japanese haute cuisine and the best way to celebrate Christmas. Yamazato’s special festive menu is a poetic expression of Japan’s finest winter ingredients such as yellowtail, snow crab and monkfish liver. Each dish is skillfully prepared to perfection by the dedicated culinary team. To celebrate the festive season, we will be serving an aperitif, a delicately prepared wagyu beef dish and festive homemade desserts in addition to the usual kaiseki menu.
